Tubular Solutions, Inc. Helps Local Independent Operator Commence Production On Its First Developmental Well

HOUSTON, TEXAS - 1 April 2009 - Tubular Solutions, Inc. ("TSI"), an independent consulting firm specializing in Field Service Operations, has provided a local independent operator with the final piece of the puzzle to commence production on that company's first developmental well. TSI, through experience and expertise ensured the success of the operation and celebrates this achievement.

After several tumultuous months in the industry after the calamity caused by the destructive 2008 hurricane season and the fluctuation and uncertainty in the oil and gas markets, TSI has worked hard to overcome the obstacles and has stayed true to its commitment to excellence and growth. Seeing the opportunity to persevere in a season of doubt and hardship, TSI joined forces with Black Elk Energy to complete a new well in the Gulf of Mexico region, an area hit hard by both the hurricanes and the downward spiral of the financial sector. Working diligently with the Black Elk crew, TSI's contractors were able to bring the new well on for production. Preliminary results from the field indicate that this well will produce beyond initial expectations. With the assistance of TSI, the operation was a success.
